Music is one of the greatest tools we have for the rediscovery of our past. In the music of this album, I have given myself the gift of retracing the roots of my musical past and passion. The mid to late 1960s were exciting and revolutionary years in the history of pop music. The impact of "the British Invasion" on me and countless other music makers was immeasurable. This era and its songs are indelibly etched in my memory and in my music. I hope that my reminiscing has honored those artists who came before, and created a musical thread that connects yesterday and today.
