It is our goal here at Earthsong Online to make the process of finding your music and other products fun and easy. You’ll find several search methods at EO. For instance, if you're looking for a CD, on the navigation buttons at the top of any page, simply click on "CDs" and it will take you to a page that offers a menu of options on how to search the CD "department" of EO. There you can choose between simply searching alphabetically, browsing our vast selection of compilations by category, perusing our "Essential Collections" offerings where we suggest recordings that we highly recommend to start or round out your personal library, navigate by genre or featured instrument of interest, search our latest and newest releases, or use the key word search. Get adventuresome... And what if you don't find what you're looking for? Simply drop us an e-mail and ask us to try to find that item that your heart desires that is not in our current catalog. We have access to a tremendous array of products and will be happy to research and special order any item that you request. Similar navigational tools are available for DVDs, Books, and Other Peaceful Products. 2. What is Earthsong Online's Return Policy? Basic returns policy: Within 30 days of delivery, you may return unopened CDs and DVDs in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Books are not returnable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we'll also pay the return shipping costs. Because items are individually inspected and carefully packaged for shipping, Earthsong Online does not assume responsibility for damage to jewel cases or DVD cases caused during shipping. How and When Refunds or Replacements for Unopened, Defective or Incorrect Items Are Processed: We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not receive your refund or replacement within 15 days from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance. If you returned only one defective or erroneous item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee. If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. How long will it take for me to receive my order? · In the USA, if you get one CD, we send by first class mail. Your CD will arrive in 3-5 days. · In the USA, if you get more than one CD, we send by PRIORITY mail. Your CD will arrive in 2-3 days. · Outside of the USA, we use Global Priority Mail. Shipments usually arrive in 6-7 days. 6. What forms of payment does Earthsong Online accept? Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal 7. What if an item I ordered is backordered or unavailable? You will be notified by e-mail when an item is backordered and you can choose either to wait for the item or to cancel your order for the item. We usually will give a backordered item 30 days to come back into stock. If it is still on backorder at the end of 30 days, that backorder will be automatically cancelled. If an item is unavailable, you order will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified by e-mail.
